1. Scope and formation
These terms govern GRT Store Operations Management, provided by GRT LLC for business store operations. A contract forms on our acceptance of an application. Individual agreements prevail but cannot relax laws, platform obligations or Yahoo! Shopping non-retention duties.
2. Service and store authority
We provide features corresponding to the four Amazon roles and Yahoo! Shopping order, product, inventory and inquiry APIs within the features page and contract scope. Subscribers must have lawful store authority and authorize each store separately. Keep registrations accurate, manage accounts with least privilege and promptly report suspected misuse.
3. Amazon integration
Users comply with Amazon selling and API terms. We do not obtain Seller Central passwords or request restricted buyer PII. Japan postal codes are handled only in memory and discarded before logging or storage. Revocation stops collection and access. All copies are deleted within 30 days of the earliest revocation, termination, deletion request, loss of authority or end of purpose, subject to any shorter applicable deadline.
Amazon public applications require seller reauthorization every 365 days and anytime a role is added to the application. We notify the registered email before expiry and when a role is added. An authorized selling-account operator selects this application’s Re-Authorize action in Seller Central’s Apps and Services / Manage Your Apps, reviews and accepts the requested permissions, and completes sign-in on our website if required. When authorization expires or becomes invalid, we stop API collection, access and synchronization for that account. Processing that uses an added role starts only after reauthorization for that role. After reauthorization, we update the tokens, verify the account, permissions and connection, and resume processing.
4. Yahoo! Shopping integration
Users and we comply with applicable API, Yahoo! ID and store terms. An authorized store operator grants consent in the official interface. Yahoo! Shopping requires store reauthorization every four weeks. We notify the registered email before expiry and stop the affected store’s API processing when authorization expires. Processing resumes after reauthorization and verification of the store, permissions and connection. Disconnecting immediately stops API calls and deletes credentials held by us. Official Yahoo! JAPAN consent withdrawal is separate, and our deletion alone does not guarantee immediate invalidation of all platform tokens.
5. Fees, payment and renewal
Fees use the combined Amazon and Yahoo! Shopping connected store count. Three plans, additional-store rates and examples appear on the published pricing page. No extra charges apply for SKUs, orders or sales. Payment methods: Bank transfer. Due dates: Monthly fees are due by the last day of the current month. Monthly contract, automatically renewed unless cancellation is requested by the end of the month. Price changes: We email the changes and effective date at least 30 days in advance. Subscribers may cancel before the changes take effect.
Billable stores are counted at 00:00 JST on the first day of each month as the total selling and store accounts registered as connected stores under the subscription. Mid-month additions and upgrades apply on the start date and at the price disclosed and agreed in advance. Store reductions (including disconnection) and downgrades requested by month-end take effect on the first day of the following month, with no prorated refund for the current month. Stores with expired or temporarily invalid authorization, or awaiting reauthorization, remain billable registered stores while API processing is stopped. Reauthorization resumes the same store without counting it as a new addition or billing twice.
6. Data and confidentiality
Subscribers retain rights in their store data. Use is limited to authorization and entrusted purposes, excluding sale, advertising, external AI training or sharing with independent customers. Both parties use non-public information only for contract performance and disclose it only with consent, under law or to approved suppliers bound by confidentiality. Subscriber information retention and deletion follow the privacy policy.
We do not retain any Yahoo! Shopping purchaser personal information, without exception. Order numbers, related identifiers, products, statuses and inquiry text that may identify a purchaser are subject to the same restriction. They are excluded from databases, files, logs, caches, backups and persistent sessions. Other information supplied by LY Corporation through the Shopping Store API or test API is also not retained unless LY Corporation separately instructs its storage. Such instructions apply only to other information and never to purchaser personal information. Any instructed storage is limited to specified fields, purposes and periods.

Yahoo! Shopping Store API Terms, Article 10 (Japanese)
Features involving purchaser information follow lawful store instructions and the non-retention obligation in Article 10. Temporary memory processing is limited to what is necessary, and information is discarded when processing ends. It is never recorded in databases, logs, caches, queues, files or backups. Purchaser-data storage, file exports and saved shipping labels are outside the feature scope.
Common statutory-retention and foreign-disclosure or outsourcing exceptions do not apply to Yahoo! Shopping purchaser information. Employees and contractors handling this service’s production data and credentials are limited to Japan. Disclosure, outsourcing and access outside Japan are prohibited.
7. Subcontracting
Before subcontracting, we report in writing or by email the supplier name/location, work, data, processing country, necessity, safeguards and further subcontracting, and obtain the store’s prior written approval. Required platform reporting and approval, including LY Corporation procedures, must also be completed before work starts. Publishing a supplier list does not replace approval. Changes require advance notice and renewed approval for changes in scope, work or countries. Contracts impose confidentiality, least privilege, non-retention, deletion and incident notice. We supervise through reviews and audits and remain responsible. Subcontracting does not permit retention of Yahoo! Shopping purchaser information or overseas processing.
8. Exclusion of antisocial forces
Each party represents and warrants that it, its officers and persons controlling its business are not and will not become organized crime groups, their members, affiliated companies or other antisocial forces, and have no funding, benefits or socially condemned relationships with them. Neither party may directly or indirectly make violent or excessive demands, threats, or impair credit or operations through rumors, deception or force. A breach permits immediate termination without prior demand or notice, without liability for resulting termination losses. Claims against the breaching party remain available.
9. Prohibitions and intellectual property
Illegal or noncompliant conduct, unauthorized access, impersonation, credential sharing, improper use or redistribution, sale/distribution of APIs, evasion of limits, excessive load, exploitation and infringement are prohibited. Service software, interfaces and documentation belong to us or their lawful owners.
10. Maintenance, incidents and service closure
Reasonable maintenance/security needs or external API changes/outages may change or suspend features. We give advance notice where possible and notify afterward in emergencies. We promptly contact LY Corporation about incidents, provide information as instructed and assist its investigation. For faults caused by this service that prevent normal API operation, including incorrect display of retrieved information, we complete the response within six hours of occurrence. Billing-impacting faults or unauthorized intrusion trigger immediate temporary service suspension. We resume only after response completion and safety verification. Customers (stores) are notified within 24 hours of occurrence. If the impact is unclear, all potentially affected stores are notified. The status page publishes the latest fault and response information. Service closure notice: We notify the closure date and data handling at least 60 days in advance on this site and by registered email. Legal/platform orders or urgent security reasons are notified promptly.
11. Suspension and cancellation
Serious breaches, nonpayment or security concerns may trigger proportionate suspension, with notice and a chance to remedy where possible. Request cancellation by email by month-end. The contract ends at month-end with no further monthly charges. No prorated refund for mid-month cancellation. Refunds required by law or non-delivery attributable to us are handled separately. Disconnection and billing cancellation are separate procedures. Submit cancellation requests to app@grtllc.jp.
12. Warranties and liability
We do not guarantee outcomes, uninterrupted service or continuing external API availability. Subscribers verify changes and reports, make business decisions and keep necessary originals. Liability attributable to us is limited to ordinary direct losses and fees paid in the preceding 12 months, excluding willful misconduct, gross negligence and liability that law does not permit limiting.
13. Independent operator
We are a separate entity from Amazon, LY Corporation and each seller or store. We do not own or represent those sellers. This independently provided service does not imply official certification, endorsement or a guarantee by Amazon or LY Corporation.
14. Changes, governing law and jurisdiction
Changes and effective dates are notified in advance on this site or by email under applicable law; required consent is obtained. Japanese law governs. 千葉地方裁判所 / Chiba District Court has exclusive agreed first-instance jurisdiction, subject to mandatory law.
