- Starter: 2,200 JPY/month (1 store); Standard: 8,800 JPY/month (up to 5); Enterprise: 15,400 JPY/month (up to 10). Each additional store above 10: 1,540 JPY/month. Amazon and Yahoo! Shopping stores are counted together. Tax included; no setup fee. Pricing

- Users bear bank transfer fees when paying by bank transfer. Special onboarding support is an optional paid service. Its price and conditions are quoted separately and it is provided only after agreement.

- Monthly fees are due by the last day of the current month.
- Service availability
- After applications open, access instructions are sent within three business days of contract acceptance and verification of authorization and connectivity for the relevant store.
- Contract term & renewal
- Monthly contract, automatically renewed unless cancellation is requested by the end of the month.
- Cancellation & refunds
- Request cancellation by email by month-end. The contract ends at month-end with no further monthly charges. No prorated refund for mid-month cancellation. Refunds required by law or non-delivery attributable to us are handled separately.
- Free trial
- After service launch, 14 days. First-time customers may try supported Starter features for one store. Paid use requires a separate subscription. No automatic charges.
