Amazon and Yahoo! Shopping connected stores are counted together at the same rates. One store is one separately authorized Amazon selling account or Yahoo! Shopping store account. Connecting both platforms for one business counts as two stores.

Calculation and plan changes
No setup fee. Starter covers one store, Standard two to five, and Enterprise six to ten. Above ten stores, each additional store costs 1,540 JPY per month including tax.
Enterprise monthly fee = 15,400 JPY + max(0, connected stores − 10) × 1,540 JPY.
No additional charges based on SKU count, orders or sales. Plan changes and added stores take effect after agreement, with charges and effective month disclosed beforehand. Special implementation assistance is quoted separately and provided after consent.

Billable stores are counted at 00:00 JST on the first day of each month as the total selling and store accounts registered as connected stores under the subscription. Mid-month additions and upgrades apply on the start date and at the price disclosed and agreed in advance. Store reductions (including disconnection) and downgrades requested by month-end take effect on the first day of the following month, with no prorated refund for the current month. Stores with expired or temporarily invalid authorization, or awaiting reauthorization, remain billable registered stores while API processing is stopped. Reauthorization resumes the same store without counting it as a new addition or billing twice.
Free trial
After service launch, 14 days. First-time customers may try supported Starter features for one store. Paid use requires a separate subscription. No automatic charges.

Users bear bank transfer fees when paying by bank transfer.
Term and renewal
Monthly contract, automatically renewed unless cancellation is requested by the end of the month.
Cancellation and refunds
Request cancellation by email by month-end. The contract ends at month-end with no further monthly charges. No prorated refund for mid-month cancellation. Refunds required by law or non-delivery attributable to us are handled separately.
